She So Fierce Booking Policy

 

At She So Fierce, every appointment is reserved with care to ensure you receive the best service and experience possible. Please review the following policies before booking:

1. Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final balance. Appointments without a deposit will not be held.

2. Cancellations & Reschedules:
Life happens, and I understand. However, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after that window or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

3. Late Policy:
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

 

4. No-Show Policy:
No-call/no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service price before being allowed to book future appointments.

5. Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance is due at the end of your service and can be paid via cash or card.

 

6. Hair Preparation:
Please arrive with clean, detangled, product-free hair unless a wash service is included in your appointment. Unprepared hair may result in an additional fee or longer service time.

 

7. Additional Guests:
You’re welcome to bring one guest with you for comfort or company. To keep the environment calm and professional, please no additional guests or children unless they are being serviced. My goal is to make your time in the chair peaceful and enjoyable for both of us.

 

8. Respect Policy:
This is a judgment-free, peaceful space. Please come ready to relax, reset, and leave feeling fierce.
